Ok, you may think I am a freak for hearts – which I actually am – but I notice hearts wherever they are. I was browsing a friend’s blog when I saw the picture above. Of course, the heart garland is not the subject of the photo!
I love hand punching paper, and I have LOADS of heart confetti hidden in my drawers. I’d never thought of threading them like this. The result is so pretty – like in this photo – that I may just thread all my confetti in small garlands right away!

Edit: At first sight I thought that the garland was made by passing a single thread through a hole in the center of each heart, but now I think that the hearts are glued to the string, which makes it probably tidier, but a lot more difficult to do. Uhmmmm… I should ask…
