I am not sure if I got your point - the sentences you are talking about are in Zazzle’s website, and unfortunately I can’t do anything about them.
Plus I think they meant it when they said “Still not quite how you want it?” (=”Non è ancora come lo vuoi”) instead of your suggestion “Still not quite sure how you want it?” (=”Non sei sicuro di come lo vuoi”), which doesn’t quite make sense to me in that page.

@Mary Hart – thank you for your offer. CuorHome though is made on a volunteer/hobby base, so I don’t usually exchange advice for free goodies. If you want to give your feedback anyway, it will be much appreciated, and I’ll spot you on some “contributors” page if you wish.
